To be frank we are just passionate about what we do! Let’s face it we’re supplying a beautiful product and nothing excites us more than to see the transformation our wooden plantation shutters or wooden blinds can make to your property and the satisfaction of seeing the look of joy on your face when you see the finished job!

Ultimately it’s down to you which shutters you buy but we are here to guide you through the various designs options and colours available to you to suite your home.

Don’t panic!! We have all had run in’s with salesman who just want to ‘get in, get the order and get out’ but at Vogue Shutters we take a consultative approach. You will be appointed a dedicated project manager who will be your point of contact from survey to installation. They will give you their direct contact number and you can call them at any time (within reason!!) to ask any questions that may have popped into your head about the project.  We want happy customers!

At Vogue Shutters we use a state of the art quoting tool which allows us to design and order your shutters direct with our manufacturer.  Once ordered the Shutters typically take 8 weeks to arrive at which point we will be in contact to arrange a time that suits you best to fit your shutters.

If you are decorating or having building work carried out at your home we need to know that the surfaces around the windows or the windows themselves will not be altered after we have taken our measurements.  If there are phone points or other obstructions within the window frame or recess these may need to be relocated prior to your shutter installation.  All of our shutters are made to our surveyors measurements and will not fit if any changes are made after your survey!

You pay a 50% deposit with your order with the balance being payable around 8 weeks later prior to your shutter installation.  Vogue Shutters accept payment by most methods including bank transfer and card.  Credit card payments incur a 2.5% processing fee.
